Ansel Adams, one of my photographic heroes, took a famous picture of this Silverton, Colorado church in the 1930's. When I went looking for the same spot I found that almost all of the things that made his picture effective had changed over the years. The church was still there, however, so I took this picture which I like just as well. |  |
